Sole trader not yet in the commercial register — Switzerland

A sole activity not yet in the commercial register in Switzerland provides the cantonal tax acknowledgement, the self-employment affiliation confirmation and the RAV/ORP release decision.

  • Acknowledgement of the cantonal tax registration.
  • Self-employment affiliation confirmation from the cantonal fund (SVA / SAK).
  • RAV/ORP release decision confirming self-employed status.

Registered sole trader — Switzerland

A registered sole trader in Switzerland provides an identity document, a commercial-register extract and the AHV self-employment certificate.
