How do I deposit funds into your wallet?
To fund your wallet, please contact your account manager directly, who will guide you through the process.
How do refunds work?
If a project amount is revised downward, all funds will be refunded to your Malt wallet, except in case of dispute. Once funds are available in your wallet, you can transfer them to your bank account by clicking "Transfer to my bank account".
Note: your bank details must be up to date for the transfer to be processed.
