Si vous êtes freelance enregistré à l'étranger, l'éligibilité à l'inscription sur Malt dépend du pays dans lequel votre activité est immatriculée et de votre forme juridique.
En résumé :
- Malt distingue les pays « ouverts » (inscription autorisée) et les pays « bloqués » (inscription refusée).
- Les freelances peuvent s'inscrire en entreprise individuelle (Soletrader) ou en société enregistrée (Business).
- Les documents requis varient selon la forme juridique et le pays d'immatriculation.
Pays autorisés et pays bloqués
Deux cas sont possibles selon le pays dans lequel le freelance est enregistré :
- Pays entièrement « ouverts » : Malt opère normalement. La plateforme est ouverte à tous les freelances, quel que soit leur statut ou leur forme juridique — travailleurs indépendants en nom propre (entreprise individuelle) et sous forme de société (société immatriculée).
- Pays « bloqués » : Malt n'accepte aucun freelance enregistré dans ces pays.

Formes juridiques acceptées
Les freelances sont libres de s'inscrire sur Malt, que ce soit sous la forme de :
- Entreprise individuelle (Soletrader)
- Société enregistrée (Business)
Documents pour une entreprise individuelle
Pour une entreprise individuelle, vous devrez envoyer les documents suivants :
- Pièce d'identité (passeport obligatoire pour les pays hors Europe)
- Justificatif d'immatriculation de moins de 3 mois
Les documents envoyés doivent mentionner :
- Votre prénom et votre nom
- Votre numéro d'enregistrement
- Votre adresse fiscale
- Une date réelle ou datée de moins de trois mois
- Une traduction officielle en anglais ou en français, signée par un traducteur assermenté, si le document n'est pas rédigé en anglais, français, allemand, espagnol, néerlandais, italien ou portugais (la version originale doit être soumise avec la traduction)
Documents pour une société enregistrée
Pour une société enregistrée, les documents suivants doivent être soumis :
- Pièce d'identité (passeport uniquement pour les pays hors Europe)
- Justificatif d'inscription datant de moins de 3 mois
- Statuts de la société
- Déclaration des bénéficiaires effectifs
Les documents envoyés doivent mentionner :
- Votre prénom et votre nom
- Le nom de votre entreprise (tel qu'il apparaît dans les statuts)
- La mention que vous êtes le représentant légal de la société ou l'administrateur unique
- Votre numéro d'enregistrement
- Votre adresse fiscale
- Une date réelle ou datée de moins de trois mois
- Une traduction officielle en anglais ou en français, signée par un traducteur assermenté, si le document n'est pas rédigé en anglais, français, allemand, espagnol, néerlandais, italien ou portugais
Si vous êtes inscrit dans l'Espace économique européen (EEE), vous pouvez présenter une carte nationale d'identité ou un permis de conduire.
