Malt’s platform architecture is built to reflect real-world corporate structures. Instead of configuring your settings and plan team by team, you can manage global preferences for your entire organization from a single, centralized view.
What settings can you manage on this page?
- Organization name: The primary operational name of your company footprint on Malt (edit right to System Administrators).
- Organization logo: The official corporate logo used across the workspace (also edit right to System Administrators).
- Organization plan: The global plan tier (Starter, Advanced, or Enterprise) governing feature access across the whole organization.
Who can access this page?
All users within your organization, regardless of their role, have access to view this page and, depending on their role, can manage the following global configurations.
Where can you find the Organization Settings page?
Accessing your global settings is seamless from anywhere on the platform: from the main navigation bar located on the left side of your screen, click on "Organization Settings". You will land directly on the Details tab, where these organizational settings are ready to be managed.
What are the technical specifications for uploading your organization logo?
To ensure your corporate branding renders crisply across the platform, your logo asset must comply with the following technical boundaries:
- Dimensions: The image file must be perfectly square, with a minimum resolution of 200 x 200 pixels.
- File Format: Accepted formats are restricted to PNG or JPG.
- File Size: The maximum permitted file size is 4MB.
How do we request an upgrade or downgrade for our Organization plan?
Any user can initiate a request to change directly from the interface:
- Upgrades: Requests to scale up your organization are immediately routed to our Account Management team for operational validation (except from Starter to Advanced where you’ll be automatically upgraded once requested).
- Downgrades: Transitioning to a lower plan tier is permitted by the system, provided your organization does not possess any active, ongoing projects leveraging financing. Once requested, our Account Management team will contact you for more information, in order to accept your request.
