This article explains how to view, share, and manage your company's freelancers with your colleagues on Malt.
- The "Your freelancers" filter shows profiles linked to your organisation.
- You can share freelancer lists by link, URL, or email.
- Two roles exist: Administrator (global view) and User (personal activities).
How do I see freelancers selected by my team?
With Malt, you can view freelancers who have already worked with your company or who are recommended by your colleagues. As a user with access to your company's account, you see all freelancers linked to your organisation — whether they have worked with your colleagues via Malt or not — as well as those your colleagues have added to their favourites.
Using the "Your freelancers" filter, you can restrict your search to freelancers who have already worked with your company.

On each freelancer's profile, you can:
- Check whether the freelancer is currently working or has already worked with your company, including when and with whom
- View reviews and ratings left on Malt to see how previous projects went
- See whether your colleagues have marked this freelancer as a favourite
Who can see this list? All members of your company can access this freelancer list.
Who are my company's freelancers?
These are all freelancers linked to you, your team, or your organisation:

- Freelancers who have added experience with your company, even outside Malt
- Freelancers your colleagues have marked as favourites

What are the roles on Malt?
As a company, you can invite multiple users to join your team, enabling collaboration to find freelancers, manage projects, and share your freelancer pool.
Each team member is assigned one of two roles: Administrator or User. By default, new members invited to Malt are Users. A team can have several Administrators.
- Administrator: access to an overview of the entire team and management of account settings
- User: access only to their personal activities and projects
If a project lead goes on leave, they can transfer the administrator role to a replacement so that person can manage freelancers in their absence.
How do I manage my colleagues' access to Malt?
As an administrator, you can control who has access to the team member list and decide which members can add or remove people from the team.
You can manage these settings by going to your company menu on Malt > Team members, where you can select your company to change user roles (Administrator or User).
The person who creates the team is automatically designated as the account owner with administrator privileges, and this role cannot be changed.
