Your Dashboard is designed to be simple and easy to use, centralising the proposals you receive, payments, and much more. You can easily access all dashboard features from the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
How do I find a freelancer?

In the "Find a freelancer" tab, you can:
- Browse freelancer profiles matching your search criteria
- Submit a need by posting a project brief
How do I invite a freelancer?

Centralise freelancers from your personal network while ensuring they are fully compliant, verified, and insured. Onboard your freelancers with Malt Open
- Invite a freelancer: enter the freelancer's name and email to invite them to join a project.
- Describe your project: the freelancer will receive an email invitation to start collaborating on Malt.
- Contract on Malt: once your freelancer has created a Malt account, they can send you a quote to start the project.
My freelancers and compliance verification

The "My freelancers" tab lets you find all freelancers working with your company, including your team's favourites. You can create private or shared favourite lists to easily organise and search for your preferred freelancers. These lists can be shared with team members via links or email invitations.
The "compliance verification" tab is a centralised dashboard for managing freelancer compliance and facilitating collaboration between teams.
Applications and ongoing projects
Capture: AI search to process applications
To process your applications with AI search on Malt, enter or upload your project description. Review and adjust search criteria according to your needs. The AI will then select a shortlist of freelancer profiles suited to your criteria.

Easily manage your projects from the "Manage projects" tab, where you can see all projects for which you have contacted freelancers and received quotes. You can oversee your projects by validating the end of missions, making payments, and leaving reviews at the end of each project.
Invoices, payments, and reporting

The "Invoices and payment" tab centralises all your invoices and lets you download them, but it is only accessible to company administrators.
The "Reporting" tab, also reserved for administrators, helps track your company's spending and manage budgets.
Members, team settings, and legal entity

In the "Members" section, you can edit and manage your member list and update your team settings. Make sure your team profile is complete and up to date, including photo or logo, team name, size, and industry sector.
This information presents your team to freelancers and allows Malt to offer personalised service. You can also manage legal information, billing contacts, SEPA direct debit, single sign-on (SSO), pricing plans, and the legal entities under which your organisation operates.
How do I invite a team member?

You can edit and manage your team member list, including inviting new members and viewing all sent invitations. The interface displays member information such as email address and role (Administrator or User).
My account

The "My settings" tab lets you manage your personal profile information, including your name, email address, phone number, password, and security preferences. You can also update your profile photo and control your notification settings.
