Alternatively, you can use AI Search as your personal staffing assistant. Just provide a prompt or upload your project description, and our algorithm will instantly generate a shortlist of top candidates. You then decide which profiles match your needs and should be contacted.
Freelancers typically respond within 24 hours.
To find the best matches, we need information about:
• The type of expert you’re seeking, including job category, experience level, and skills
• Project conditions like daily rate, expected duration, and work location
• Project name and details
Unfinished searches are saved as drafts accessible in your Applications tab or Recent searches. Previously selected freelancers are saved, though your displayed selection may vary from your original search results.
Create your project brief with AI
Start your project briefing by entering a prompt or uploading a PDF of the job description. Templates are available to customize under the search bar.
Review criteria
Our AI suggests profile and project criteria based on your input. You review and adjust these:
Freelancer profile:
• Job category: We assign relevant business domains and professions based on your description.
• Experience level: Specify the seniority you need.
• Skills: List up to 10 key skills, prioritized by importance. You can choose from suggestions or add your own.
• Languages: Default is the project’s language unless you specify otherwise.
Project conditions:
• Daily rate: Set your budget; profiles with slightly higher rates may be included.
• Estimated duration: Indicate how long the project will last.
• Days per week: How many days per week the freelancer will work.
• Work location: Specify location or opt for remote; location affects search results accordingly.
• Preferred start date: Giving an approximate start date helps match freelancers available at that time.
Review freelancers matching your project
Once you review your project briefing, you’ll instantly see freelancers who fit your criteria. Each profile card shows key info like name, location, daily rate, and matching skills. Click a card to view the full profile.
Use the checkmark on each card to add freelancers to your selection. Not interested? Click the arrow to see the next profile.
If no profiles fit, click “Edit criteria” at the top left to adjust your briefing and refresh the matches.
Unsure? Click “Skip and do the selection for me” to have our experts review your project, pick suitable freelancers, and contact you.
You can select up to six freelancers to contact at once. When ready, click “Confirm selection.”
Contact similar profiles
After confirming your selection, you can choose to have our algorithm automatically contact freelancers similar to those you picked, expanding your pool of candidates.
Alternatively, you can simply contact only the freelancers you selected.
Review and send your brief
Our AI drafts a detailed brief based on your project description. Review and edit it as needed or keep your original.
Once submitted, the brief is sent to your selected freelancers, who will respond soon!
