There are several useful tools across different tabs:
• The Analytics tab offers various dashboards and statistics grouped into three categories: spending, projects, and freelancers.
• The Compliance check tab provides a complete overview of your freelancers’ verification status and their documents.
• The Invoices & receipt tab lets you manage, download invoices, and add purchase orders.

The Analytics Tab
The Analytics tab offers various statistics and insights about your spending across teams and organizations, as well as details about your freelance workforce.
The dashboard is divided into two main categories: Spend and Freelancers.
Spend includes:
• Monthly spend by freelancer category and business vertical
• Spend by job family
• Spend by job category
• Top 10 collaborators by contracted spend during a set period
• Top 10 companies by contracted spend during a set period
• Paid and unpaid invoices
• Number of projects by type (task-based vs. time-based)
Freelancers includes:
• Number of freelancers by job category
• Number of freelancers by job family
• Number of ratings given to freelancers
• Average days worked by freelancers per job family
Compliance check
Malt provides a complete, 360° view of your freelancers’ status, legal documents, and compliance through our monitoring features. This helps you stay informed about the verification status of your freelancers and track the total number of days they’ve worked for your organization. With these tools, you can better manage compliance and reduce risks as new projects come in.
Invoices and receipt
From this tab, you can easily manage all your invoices. Add purchase orders or check the payment status with just a few clicks. Use filters to quickly find invoices by company, project owner, or date range. You can download invoices individually or batch download all at once for greater convenience.
