The Malt Wallet (Digital Wallet)
The Malt Wallet is your digital wallet within the Malt platform.
It allows you to:
• Set aside a budget that can be used by you or your colleagues to pay for freelance services on Malt at any time.
• Ensure freelancers receive prompt payment once you approve the completion of a project.
How to add funds to your Wallet?
To add money to your Wallet, please reach out directly to your Sales manager who will guide you through the process.
Refunds
If the amount of a project is adjusted downward, all funds will be refunded to your Malt Wallet, except in case of a dispute.
Once the funds are available in your Wallet, you can transfer them to your bank account by clicking “Transfer to my bank.”
Please note: your bank details must be up to date to complete this transfer.
