A package of benefits including Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Cyber Cover to protect you when you are working on a Malt project. As soon as you join as a Malt freelancer, you will have peace of mind that your work is professionally protected. The key benefits are:

• Public Liability
• Cyber Cover – 3rd party and data liability
• Subject to a maximum of £5m cover

What is Professional Indemnity Insurance?

Professional Indemnity protects you during your Malt projects against claims for loss or damage made by clients or third parties as a result of negligent services or advice.

What is Public liability?

Public liability provides cover if a member of the public makes a claim for events such as injury or damage to property.

What will not be covered?

Like most insurance covers, there are some restrictions such as dishonest or malicious acts, circumstances known before you join. Full policy detail will be provided.

What to do in the case of an incident?

All you need to do is log your claim or incident and Markel will take care of your claim from there.
