What are the reporting and analytics features?

Visibility on your budgets and spending is essential to help you make the best decisions. Thanks to Malt's advanced reporting features, you always have a complete overview of your spending, freelancers, and their compliance status.

Several useful tools are available in different tabs:

• The Reporting tab offers various dashboards and statistics grouped into three categories: spending, projects, and freelancers.
• The Compliance verification tab offers a complete overview of your freelancers' verification status and documents.
• The Invoices & payment tab lets you manage and download your invoices, and add purchase orders.

The Reporting tab

The Reporting tab offers various statistics and insights on your spending across your teams and organisations, as well as detailed information on your freelancer network.

The dashboard is divided into two main categories: Total committed spending and Freelancers.

The Spending section includes:

• Monthly spending by freelancer category and industry sector
• Spending by job family
• Spending by mission category
• Top 10 collaborators by contractual amounts spent over a given period
• Top 10 companies by contractual amounts spent over a given period
• Paid and unpaid invoices
• Number of projects by type (fixed-price vs. time-based)

The Freelancers section includes:

• Number of freelancers by mission category
• Number of freelancers by job family
• Number of ratings given to freelancers
• Average number of days worked by freelancers by job family

Compliance verification

Malt offers a complete 360° view of your freelancers' status, legal documents, and compliance through its tracking tools. This keeps you informed of your freelancers' verification status and tracks the total number of days worked within your organisation. With these features, you optimise compliance management and reduce risks when new projects arrive.

Invoices and payment

From this tab, you can easily manage all your invoices. Add purchase orders or check payment status in a few clicks. Use filters to quickly find your invoices by company, project lead, or date range. You can download invoices individually or download them all at once for convenience.
