You should provide a Registration proof not older than 3 months :

Registreringscertifikat or Registeringsbevis (certificate of registration) from the Central Business Register

As an Articles of association Vedtægter must mention the following informations :

Your first and last name
The name of your company name is the name of the company (As it appears in the company statutes)
Mention that you are the legal representative of the company or sole administrator
Your registration number
Your tax address
The document must have an actual date or be dated within the last three months.

Shareholder declaration : you need to fill out, date, and sign the shareholder declaration form provided by Mangopay.
