Step 1: Initiate a search
To find the best freelancers for your projects, all you need to do is initiate a search 🔎 from the Malt homepage by typing in a keyword and a location (if a freelancer in close proximity is necessary).
Step 2: Refine the search results
Once you click "search," all available freelancer profiles meeting your search criteria will be surfaced in the search results. Feel free to use our pre-provided filters to refine your search further.
Step 3: Browse the freelancer profiles
Once you've refined your search results, feel free to take a closer look at the freelancer profiles that pique your interest. If you feel that one (or many) of them might be a good fit for your project, go ahead and click "Contact me" (beneath their profile photo) to get a conversation going.
Step 4: Choose a freelancer
After speaking with the freelancers you've shortlisted from your search results, feel free to ask the freelancer who you'd like to work with to send you a project quote directly via Malt. The freelancer will be able to initiate the quote creation process directly from their conversation thread with you in their Malt inbox.
