How do I get a refund?

If for any reason you have to cancel a mission with a freelancer, the mission will have to be cancelled by the freelancer or by our customer service department.

If the terms of the quote have been changed, for a mission you have already booked, then you will need to fill in some information. In particular, your banking information, so that we can know to which account to return the amount paid.

A confirmation email will be sent to you explaining the different steps.

Steps to get your refund

  1. Fill in your banking information with this link: My electronic wallet
  2. Click on "Fill in my banking information"
  3. Your refund will be triggered once you have filled in the information and it will take an average of 3 working days to reach you
There will be no charge for the refund of course
