If you can not find the correct one, you can always enter a category manually by clicking the “You can’t find the right categories?” link 

Select the functional expertise that best fits your background, you might select up to 10 skills within the operational areas: Organization & IT, Operations, Leadership & Management, Marketing & Sales, Market Analysis, Finance, and Strategy

You can also manually add other skills and tools if needed

Please provide your industry expertise to assist our team in selecting the most appropriate projects for you. Industry expertise is a crucial aspect for some clients, so please list all industries in which you have experience.

Enter your daily rate. This value is an estimate that will only be visible to our team. Based on each project’s requirements and scope, you will always be able to adapt the daily rate. Our teams are also here to help you position properly. 

Enter your location and your working preferences.

You might also indicate if you are willing to travel abroad for some projects. It does not necessarily mean 100% of the project will be abroad - it depends on clients’ requirements and early discussions.

In case you need to change your phone number, you can always access your account settings after the application process is completed.

• Email

• Password. The password must contain more than 8 characters, at least 1 uppercase letter, and at least 1 special character.

To finalize your application, please provide your professional and academic background. You have the option to input this information manually or upload it from LinkedIn

The feature to complete your profile from your LinkedIn data will only be available if you have not yet entered any professional experience or academic background in your profile.

To fill in your professional and academic background you can follow these easy steps:

1. Go to your LinkedIn profile

2. Click on the “More” button

3. Click on the “Save to PDF” button

4. Upload the PDF file to your profile

You can add a professional photo to your profile. We encourage you to add a profile picture as clients appreciate CVs with a picture when we share candidates with them.

Make sure that the image is straight and not tilted. Only JPG and PNG files are accepted, 500 px min and up to 5MB in size

Create a compelling summary that clearly states your specific requirements, emphasizes your most relevant past work experiences, highlights your key skills, and mentions any other preferences and accomplishments.

This is the last step before submitting your Malt Strategy application. It is not a mandatory step, but it would help us understand our community more.
