¿Para qué países Malta autoriza el registro?
There are two possible cases depending on the country in which the freelancer is registered:
Fully “Open” countries where Malt normally operates.
The platform is open to all freelancers, whatever their status or legal form → independent workers in their own name/sole proprietorship and in corporate form/registered company.
"Blocked" countries where Malt does not accept any freelancers.
Forma jurídica individual y societaria
Los freelancers son libres de registrarse en Malt, ya sea bajo la forma de:
- Empresa individual (autónomo)
- Sociedad registrada (empresa)
Para las Empresas individuales , deberá enviar los siguientes documentos:
- Documento de identidad (solo pasaporte para países fuera de Europa)
- Certificado de registro con menos de 3 meses de antigüedad
Los documentos enviados deben incluir:
- Su nombre y apellido
- Su número de registro
- Su dirección fiscal
- El documento debe tener una fecha real o estar fechado en los últimos tres meses.
- Une traduction officielle en anglais ou en français, signée par un traducteur assermenté, est requise si le document n'est pas rédigé en anglais, français, allemand, espagnol, néerlandais, italien ou portugais.
La versión original debe remitirse junto con la traducción.
Para les Sociedades registradas, deben enviarse los siguientes documentos:
- Documento de identidad (pasaporte únicamente para países fuera de Europa)
- Justificante de inscripción con una antigüedad inferior a 3 meses
- Estatutos de la sociedad
- Declaración de los beneficiarios efectivos
Los documentos enviados deben incluir:
- Tu nombre y apellido
- El nombre de tu empresa es el nombre comercial (tal como aparece en los estatutos de la empresa)
- Indica que eres el representante legal de la sociedad o el administrador único
- Tu número de registro
- Tu dirección fiscal
- El documento debe tener una fecha real o estar fechado en menos de tres meses.
- Se requiere una traducción oficial al inglés o francés, firmada por un traductor jurado, si el documento no está redactado en inglés, francés, alemán, español,
Si estás registrado en el Espacio Económico Europeo (EEE), puedes presentar una tarjeta nacional de identidad o un permiso de conducir.
