The client accepted my quote but I haven't been paid yet. Is that normal ?

Thanks to our prepayment system, the client can fund the mission on an escrow account once the quote is accepted.

If you want to be sure that the client has the funds to pay you, do verify before starting your mission that the quote has the "mission started" status, and not "mission accepted (waiting for provision)".

Once the mission has been completed, the client unblocks the funds by confirming that the mission is done, and you are paid within two working days. 

It is thus important to follow-up with the client before you start working so that they prepay your mission. If you don't feel comfortable, don't hesitate to ask the Malt team for a hand, we are here for you! Once the mission is prepaid, you will receive a notification by email.
