How do I get reimbursed for a prepaid mission that wasn't completed ?

In the event of a dispute between the freelancer and you, you can get yourself reimbursed for the mission that you prepaid. 

To do this, get in touch with our support team. We will contact the freelancer to confirm that they accept this decision and will go ahead with the reimbursement with our payment partner, MangoPay. 

If the freelancer contests your decision, we will try to find common ground based off of your exchanges.
