By clicking on the “Post a project” button in your search bar, you can initiate a Malt Plus search to find the freelancer you’re looking for within 24h.

You are guided every step of the way to fine-tune and determine your project's specific criteria.

1. We will ask you to indicate the type of freelancer profile that you’re looking for, as you would have done on your own in our search engine.

2. After doing so, you will be asked to define the skills required for the project. You can add one mandatory skill and up to 12 preferred skills.

The mandatory skill will then be the expertise used to select the freelancer by our algorithm. The preferred skills will allow us to refine the search and propose you profiles that include these skills.

3. Next, you will be asked to provide informations on your project’s terms and conditions:

the length of the project
the project’s start date
the work frequency
the daily price rate

A budget estimate will be calculated so that you can determine if your Malt Plus falls within the budget you wish to allocate to your project.

the option to work remotely or not, and the location where the project will take place

Your chances of receiving a positive answer will increase if proposing to work remotely.

4. Once the conditions have been defined, it is time to frame the mission by providing a description for your project. Be as precise as possible in order to have the most impact and attract the best freelancers.

5. Last step, an overview of your project will then be displayed in front of you. If everything looks good, all you have left to do is validate and launch your Malt Plus!

Once it has been launched, you will be able to find it at any time with your other ongoing Malt Plus searches.
