How do I cancel a prepaid quote ?

If it must be cancelled due to the mission unraveling or because the freelancer or client want to put an end to the mission, a reimbursement will automatically be made to the account. 

You are protected this way because your client can not cancel the mission unilaterally (without your consent). We thus verify with both parties that the mission is to be cancelled. 

If you want to cancel the quote because the amount does not correspond to the services rendered, you can instead create a second complementary quote to be prepaid and confirmed by the client as per usual.

To do this, send an email to support (support@malt.com) or call us at 0(033)1 82 83 15 11 so that we can manually cancel your quote and proceed with reimbursing your client.
