My client says they sent a message, but I never received it. Is that possible?

There may be a little lag time between the moment a client sends a message and the moment when you receive it in your Malt inbox. This is because we moderate the first message that any client sends on the platform to ensure that whatever is being sent is not spam or other abusive content.

However, if your client (whom you've communicated with in the past via Malt) sent you a message and it hasn't been received after a significant time has passed, then you should contact us at support@malt.com to troubleshoot.
