Why did the "error.title.429" error page appear?

This error page appears when the same form has been submitted several times in a row. For example, it may pop up if you accidentally double-clicked the "Submit" button (versus a single click).

We do this as a "fail safe" to prevent the same submission from being recorded several times. But no worries, the information was likely captured following the first click. If not, simply wait a few minutes and then go back to resubmit the information one more time.
