What do I do if a client doesn't mark a project complete?

We understand. It can be really frustrating to have your payment left hanging in limbo at a project's completion.

That's why, after you've marked the project complete via Malt, we automatically send your client reminders to give final approval and, as a result, release funds to your bank account.

In the event that your client ignores these reminders and fails to mark a prepaid project complete within 15 days after you've finished a project, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, we will mark the project complete on the client's behalf (whether or not the client ever responds), so you can get paid.
