Why doesn't the recommendation appear on my profile?

Sometimes clients don't go through the whole process, so the recommandation is not sent.

In this case, you can send them an email back.

1) Go to your profile in the "External recommendations" section and click on "Request a recommendation", a window will then appear that you can customize.

2) Your customer will receive an email asking him to leave you a recommendation and will be redirected to our platform.

3) We will ask the person who recommends you to give us some information in order to validate this recommendation and then it will be visible directly on your profile.
