My client has released the funds, but why haven't I received my payment?

It's probably because your bank details haven't been added to your Malt account. To do this:

  • Go to your Company settings (by hovering over your name and thumbnail image in the upper right corner of Malt when signed in).

  • A drop-down menu will appear. Scroll down to "My company's settings."

  • Click on "Bank account details" from the left navigation bar.

  • Add your banking details and don't forget to click the "Save" button.
