I've just completed a project, but my earnings do not reflect it

You're in your Freelancer Dashboard and notice that your earnings haven't been updated after completing a project.

It might be because the project you just completed takes advantage of Malt's cash advance program, where Malt fronts the funds on behalf of the client while waiting for the client to pay their invoice according to their company's payment terms (sometimes up to 30 to 60 days). The earnings in your freelancer dashboard will be updated once your client's invoice has been paid.

If your client prepaid project fees upfront, the earnings in your freelancer dashboard should update automatically once your client has marked the project complete. If this isn't the case, contact us at support@malt.com to troubleshoot.
