In the countries listed below, freelancers are free to register on Malt, whether in the form of :
sole trader (individual business)
registered company (corporate form)
For Soletraders you will need to send the following documents:
Identity document ( Passport only for countries outside Europe )
Proof of registration less than 3 months old
The documents sent must mention
Your first and last name
Your registration number
Your tax address
The document must have an actual date or be dated within the last three months.
An official translation in English or French, signed by a sworn translator, is required if the document is not written in English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian or Portuguese.
For Registered companies, the following documents must be submitted:

Declaration of beneficial owners
The documents sent must mention
Your first and last name
The name of your company name is the name of the company (As it appears in the company statutes)
Mention that you are the legal representative of the company or sole administrator
Your registration number
Your tax address
The document must have an actual date or be dated within the last three months.
An official translation in English or French, signed by a sworn translator, is required if the document is not written in English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian or Portuguese.
