My client has released the funds, but why haven't I received my payment?
It's probably because your bank details haven't been added to your Malt account. To do this:
Go to your Company settings (by hovering over your name and thumbnail image in the upper right corner of Malt when signed in).
A drop-down menu will appear. Scroll down to "My company's settings."
Click on "Bank account details" from the left navigation bar.
Add your banking details and don't forget to click the "Save" button.
