Can I change my daily rate once a project quote has been accepted?

If a project quote based on a daily rate (versus project fees) has already been accepted by the client, you will no longer be able to modify your rate.

This typically applies to recurring or long-term projects.

If you'd like to continue working with the same client on the same project – but at a different daily rate – we recommend marking the current project complete and then submitting a new quote at the new daily rate. If necessary, our team can change the project start date should the client require it for accounting purposes.
